My name is Amanda and I am the founder of The Lion's Den Massage and Wellness. I am a New York State licensed massage therapist with specialization in medical and therapeutic massage techniques. I have been Practicing massage for over 7 years. I have spent most of my career working with and learning from physical therapists, nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals. I started The Lion's Den with the goal of helping people achieve pain relief from chronic issues and injuries without surgery. 

I am an out-of-network provider with NYSHIP Insurance. 

All NYSHIP members must have a valid prescription for medical massage. 

Insurance limits massage visits to 20 per calender year.
